SCANDI has more than 16 years of experience in the production of modular prefab houses.

After gaining a lot of experience, we established a company in Germany in 2022.

Our goal is to create comfortable, elegant and affordable homes.

The attractive price of SCANDI houses is mainly due to the location of the factory in Ukraine, near Kyiv.

Every month we produce there more than 16 standard modular houses according to the designs of our own authors. SCANDI houses are in great demand among developers and cottage communities, campsites and private customers in Ukraine, Germany and the Netherlands. Every month we assemble SCANDI houses for our European customers in EU countries.

We care about the full comfort of our clients, that is why we offer the best financial conditions for cooperation. The prepayment for our European customers is only 20% of the total cost. The second payment will be done when your house is ready for delivery to your location.
